This is comfort food at it’s best, my taste of childhood and a way to deal with leftover cooked rice ! 🙂 In stead of buying one, it’s so easy making it yourself, and when served with some sweet syrup and fruits it becomes a perfect snack ( in my case) or an easy weekday dessert.
Dry Vanilla pudding
2 cups cooked rice
Sweet syrup of your choice
Follow the instructions on making the pudding, warm it up and add rice. Serve warm with fruits and syrup. So easy 🙂
