Fast apple-banana bread


Do you wonder what to do with all the seasons apples? So many delicious possibilities, though not that much time, right? So here is a fast and healthy way I came up with: apple&banana bread! It’s super moist and definitively a great breakfast/dinner/lunch/middle of the night snack, you name it! πŸ™‚


1 3/4 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
2 mashed bananas
3 big Cortland apples (or other kind good for baking)

Mix all of the dry ingredients, then add the butter, eggs and milk, when its all well mixed add mashed bananas , mix it well again and add apples cut in fin slices. Place it the oven for around 50 min on 350 F. Enjoy with coffee, hot chocolate or milk.And a friend or two πŸ™‚
